PAM
Pam began working here in 1976 and has dedicated decades to her passion for the restaurant industry. Her journey has taken her through Cleves Chili Parlor, Cleves Drive In, and Nick’s American Cafe, leading up to her current role at Bistro 4.0.7. With four children, all of whom have also worked alongside her, and six grandchildren, family is at the heart of everything she does. Outside of work, Pam loves spending time in her garden, appreciating classic cars, and cherishing every moment with her family.
SUE
My name is Sue, and I’ve proudly worked at the restaurant for 18 years. Over the years, it’s become a family affair, with all three of my daughters also joining the team at some point. The reason I’ve stayed so long is simple—we have the best customers. Their loyalty and kindness make every day rewarding. Kevin and Shannon have made recent transitions seamless, and I’m genuinely excited to see the upcoming changes and updates to the restaurant.
TYLER

We’re excited to introduce Tyler, our talented head cook. At just 21 years old, Tyler has been a key part of our team for over four and a half years. He’s currently pursuing a degree in Food Science at Cincinnati State. When he’s not creating amazing dishes, Tyler enjoys catching nearly every new movie release and has a passion for collecting, especially Lego sets.
JENNA
Jenna is a dedicated student at Mount St. Joseph University, where she studies bio-med and computer science with aspirations of becoming a veterinarian. With four years of experience working at the restaurant, Jenna has not only honed her skills but has also embraced personal growth through her role. She cherishes the friendships and amazing relationships she has formed during her time at the restaurant, which have enriched her life and provided invaluable learning experiences
KATE
Kate has been a dedicated part-time employee at the restaurant since August 2016, where her favorite dish is the meatloaf. For Kate, the best part of working at Bistro 4.0.7 is the regular customers who know her by name and bring a smile to her face every shift. Outside of work, Kate is an avid board game enthusiast, with a collection of over 400 games. She also loves traveling the world with her husband, Chris, whom she’s been with since 2005, and their two daughters. A cool fact about Kate: she and Chris lived in Germany for two years in 2009 while Chris served in the military.
JACOB
Jacob is currently studying culinary arts at Diamond Oaks, where he’s honing his skills and passion for cooking. With two years of experience working at a bistro, he’s no stranger to the fast-paced world of food service and is committed to building his expertise. In his free time, Jacob enjoys hanging out with friends and has a unique hobby of collecting figures, which adds a creative and personal touch to his interests outside the kitchen.
LISA

Lisa is a dedicated golfer and gardener who loves spending time outdoors. She enjoys walking and is known for her delicious homemade zucchini bread. Lisa is a proud mother of three children and has five wonderful grandchildren. With nine years at the restaurant, she’s a valued member of her team, bringing warmth and dedication to her work each day.
LYNNA
Lynna is a junior at Taylor High School who has been dedicated to volleyball for the past five years. Currently, she is pursuing her private pilot license, reflecting her adventurous side. Lynna enjoys hanging out with her friends and cheering on her school’s football team. A beach enthusiast, she loves spending time by the ocean and going on vacations. With her passions for sports and aviation, Lynna is excited for what lies ahead.
